Arnaud Kamphuis

A founding member of Daedalum Films, Arnaud is originally from France. He has lived in the US, Japan, China, Germany, and in 2014 settled in Paris... for now. Along the way, he's picked up a few languages, and he speaks French, English, German, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese fluently. He holds a degree in finance from Northeastern University.

Arnaud has broad experience with all aspects of production. In addition to directing several shorts and promotional videos, he produced and starred in Burial of the Rats, an independent feature film shot on location in Tokyo. He directed the documentary shorts Driver Zhou and Fusing Tones and directed photography for Holdem China as well as the short film Hukou. His most recent film, The Disappearance of Alistair Bell, is currently in production.

He has done video work for dozens of clients, some of which can be found on our Clients page. He is a two-year veteran field camera operator for The Amazing Race: China Rush, broadcast on ICS, Dragon TV, and CCTV-2 and -9. He recently helped produce the three-episode online miniseries Let's Go: Paris (说走就走之焕彩巴黎).

Arnaud is an experienced user of Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
